Each year, the Marblehead Festival of Arts, Inc., elects a new Board of Directors comprised of a president, two or three vice presidents, a treasurer, a secretary, and six to twelve directors. The Board is charged with the responsibility of producing the annual festival and conducting other events throughout the year.
