The Marblehead Arts Association is located in the historic King Hooper Mansion at 8 Hooper Street. This building has three floors plus a wine cellar. It is not wheelchair accessible, and has no elevator.

During the Festival, the Painting-the-Town Exhibit is located in the Green Room on the second floor; the Tea Room is located in the wine cellar; and MAA exhibits are located in galleries on the first, second, and third floors. The restroom is located on the second floor.
