A single, handicapped parking space is located in front of the Sanctuary. On the far right is the Handicap Access Path, a walkway that leads to the patio entrance, behind the Sanctuary.
The Unitarian Universalist Church is set back from the street. It has two front entrances. The walkway on the left leads to the Stetson Art Gallery, the location of the Senior Art Exhibit. The walkway on the right leads to the Sanctuary, where Theatre Festival takes place. Both front entrances have several steps.

To the right of the building is the Handicap Access Path. It leads to a patio situated behind the Sanctuary, with an entrance to the Holyoke Room—the location of Writers’ World, the Literary Arts Café, and the Logo Art Exhibit. The Literary Arts Café operates during Festival Art Exhibit hours, offering refreshments and light fare.

From the Holyoke Room, a hallway extends to the Stetson Art Gallery—the location of the Senior Art Exhibit—in the front of the building. Off this main hallway, a side hallway leads to a handicap restroom; and another side hallway leads to the Sanctuary, where Theatre Festival is held.
Off the Holyoke Room, the Church operates a Bookstall where one can purchase used books.
The restrooms are along this side hallway.
