A first for the Film Festival, Don’t Look Back was shot in mobile video but actually “looks back” to the French “New Wave” films of the late fifties and early sixties. A torch song for a relationship that may never have happened, it won the Jury Award in the 2008 Nokia Mobile Movie Competition at Plus Camerimage in Poland. In 2009, it was screened at the BFI 53rd London Film Festival.

Theodore Collatos is a Massachusetts-based filmmaker and Dog Show was recently shown at the Brattle Theatre in Cambridge in a program of best local short films.
